This section of our site is intended to help you use the site and also to let you know how we handle your information.

At anytime you can review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Review Purchases" button.

To check out click on the "Checkout" button and review your order. Once you have reviewed your order then click on the "Make Purchase" button. Fill out the required contact, billing address, shipping, and purchase information and then submit your order. You will be presented a receipt with your purchase information. You will also receive an e-mail with the same information.

Our website is updated often, however occasionally some items may still sell out before our website can be updated.



Shipping

We ship via UPS Ground Service. All shipping charges are calculated in real-time through UPS shipping calculation service according to weight and zip code. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US we can recalculate shipping costs via the US Post Office and you can choose which service you prefer.

Individual orders for DVDs and books are shipped via the US post
o ffice in order to save you shipping costs.



Security

All online transactions are handled via a secure server. This server uses the industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) protocol for encrypting data sent between your computer and our server.



Privacy

All information you provide us with is treated confidentially. It will only be used for internal purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

Q: I'm looking for something, but it's not listed on your website.
A: Not everything in our store is listed, so just send us an e-mail or call to check. E-mail brits@britsusa.com / 888-382-7487

Q: What does "On Order" mean?
A: We are temporarily out of this product and have already placed an order or are about to place an order with our distributor so we can get it back in stock. .

Q: What does "Special Order" mean?
A: We are out of stock of the product and have been having difficulty getting it back in stock. There may be a long delay.

Q: Do you ship frozen food?
A: No, but we do have bacon and sausage and other frozen foods and cheese available in the store.

Q: Can I watch your DVDs on my DVD player?
A: Our selection of DVDs are Region 1 for play in the US.

Q: What will the shipping be for ....x.....?
A: Shipping is calculated live via UPS. To get your shipping quote, put the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. Enter your zip code and country, if outside the US. The website will then calculate your shipping charges. Shipping is based on weight/zip code via UPS. HINT: Try adding/deleting items to see what value is best for your order. FYI: If your shipping shows as $0 then something has gone wrong. You may continue to place your order and we will advise via e-mail what your shipping cost will be.

Q: Notes for a license plate say shipping will be $-.-- but when I place my order it comes up different:
A: We ship license plates within the US via the US post office as it is less expensive than UPS. Our website only calculates UPS charges. When we receive your order we will manually change the amount and charge you appropriately.

Please note:
When you place your order, your credit card is not charged immediately. The amount has been "authorized". If there are any changes in your charges we manually change them before charging your card. We do not charge your account until your order is shipped.
